Gender of Nouns

                 Gender of Nouns                 


         There are four gender of nouns.  

 1▪︎Masculine Gender - A noun that denotes a male is Masculine Gender. Ex. Boy, father, horse, fox etc.  

 2▪︎ Feminine Gender - A noun that denotes a female is Feminine Gender. Ex. Girl, mother, mare, Vixen etc.  

 3▪︎ Common Gender - A noun that denotes either a male or a female is Common Gender. Ex. Baby, parent, friend, student, neighbour etc.             

 4▪︎ Neuter Gender - A noun that denotes neither a male nor a female is Neuter Gender.  Ex. Book, tree, house, paper etc.
